Classic Urban Homes won multiple awards this year at the annual Dallas Homebuilders Association award gala. For its California style modern home at 4336 Taos, Classic Urban Homes was awarded Best Kitchen, Best Curb Appeal, Best Architectural Design, and Best New Home!
2009 ARC Award Winner
Once again, Classic Urban Homes has been named as a winner by the Dallas Homebuilders Association for one of its homes! This year, the house at 4425 Grassmere was named Best "Green Built" Home over $500,000. We are honored by the recognition of our dedication to building energy efficient, green, high-performance homes.

2008 ARC Award Winner
The ARC awards (formerly known as the Vesta Awards) were created by the Dallas Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas to recognize excellence in custom homebuilding and remodeling and typically put a spotlight on some of the most extraordinary leaders in the industry. For 2008, Classic Urban Homes was honored to receive two Vesta Awards - Best Master Bathroom and Best Interior Entry/Foyer - for its home at 4738 Stanford Avenue.
